Engineering Clerk

Job Summary

The Engineering Clerk provides administrative and technical support to engineering department. The position serves as the central hub for project documentation, ensuring that technical drawings, reports, and records are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible to the engineering team

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Reception duties; logs time, day and purpose of external visitors (clients, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Prepares Minutes of Meetings.
• Receives and records documents from other department or stakeholders.
• Proofread, review, and verify outgoing documents in accordance to ISO, Company Standards, and external regulatory requirement; transmits and records documents to other departments and stakeholders.
• Keep, sort, and organize documents, plans and folders; making sure documents are easily accessible.
• Monitor and request office supplies.
• ERP Data Entry.
• Encoding or typing up minutes of meetings (Face-to-Face).
• Handles Engineering Administrative Fund.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate; Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA) is a plus.
• Computer literate; ERP/Database Management experience is a plus.
• Fresh graduates/No experience is welcome to apply.
