5 Months of Employment only

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Received and transmit Official Business (OB) Overtime and meal of Engineering and Installation staff for Department assigned approval.
2. Received and Transmit DN Human Resources Documents.
3. Assigned in requesting of supplies to Purchasing Department.
4. Assigned in routing of Incident Reports.
5. Monitoring and filing of In-House Project Base contract.
6. Scan Completed projects for documentation.
7. Records Installation Project Monitoring as per report update by respective Project Supervisor.
8. Records and post daily Actual Measurement and Client Complain.
9. Other duties as required in the job or as appointed by the management to handle such task.

Qualification Required:

1. College Graduate (Any Course)
