Position: Engineering Staff

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining all equipment, facilities, and utilities to ensure smooth daily operations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance across all areas (FOH, BOH, Bar, Garden)
• Handle repairs for electrical, plumbing, kitchen equipment, and air conditioning systems
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues effectively
• Monitor and maintain equipment performance to minimize downtime
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company SOP
• Maintain proper documentation (maintenance logs, checklists, reports)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in Engineering / Maintenance (hospitality preferred)
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
