About the role

We are seeking an experienced Engineer to join our team at our facility in Semarang Regency, West Java. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in the design, development and optimisation of our systems and processes. As an Engineer, you will be responsible for applying your technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities to contribute to the successful delivery of engineering projects. This role is central to our operations and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business objectives and technical innovations.

Key responsibilities

1. Design, analyse and develop engineering solutions that meet project specifications and performance requirements
2. Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to evaluate system performance and efficiency
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and delivery
4. Perform testing, troubleshooting and validation of systems to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
5. Document technical specifications, designs and processes in accordance with company standards
6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation within existing systems
7. Provide technical support and guidance to operational teams
8. Maintain current knowledge of industry standards, best practices and emerging technologies

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
2. Proven experience in systems engineering or a related engineering field
3. Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles, design methodologies and industry standards
4. Proficiency with relevant engineering software tools and CAD applications
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills
6. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately on complex technical tasks
7. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and explain technical concepts clearly
8. Experience in project management and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
9. Familiarity with quality assurance and safety protocols within engineering environments
10. Preferred experience in systems optimisation, process engineering or industrial applications
