About the role

Design, build, and implement efficient and innovative technical solutions to support company business objectives. Identify and resolve technical issues proactively while maintaining system stability and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices and procedures. Monitor system performance, analyze data, and provide useful reports for decision-making. Provide technical support and training to end users and assist them in resolving issues. Stay current with the latest technology developments and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

About you

• SMK, D1/D2, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience (Fresh graduates welcome to apply)
• Strong understanding of system architecture, infrastructure management, and application development
• Strong analytical abilities and proficient problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with stakeholders across the organization
• Experience using leading tools and technologies in the industry, such as project management, database, and automation
