What they need
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monitor and maintain the resort’s facilities, equipment, and building systems.
2. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
3. Respond to maintenance requests and resolve technical issues promptly.
4. Ensure electrical, plumbing, AC, and other systems operate safely and efficiently.
5. Support energy-saving initiatives and control maintenance costs.
6. Maintain maintenance records and prepare regular reports.
REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
1. 1–2 years of experience in Engineering or Maintenance, preferably in hospitality.
2. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC, and building maintenance.
3. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
4. Able to perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
5. Willing to work in Ubud, Bali and able to join immediately.
