Persyaratan Pendidikan & Lisensi
- Pendidikan: D3 Teknik Mesin, D3 Teknik Konversi Energi, atau D3 Teknik Fisika / Listrik / Pendingin & Tata Udara.
- Sertifikasi (Nilai Tambah): SKK/SKA Teknisi/Ahli Muda Tata Udara (BNSP/LPJK) & K3 Umum/Konstruksi.
Keahlian Teknis & Pengerjaan Ducting
- Material & Fabrikasi: Menguasai pengerjaan ducting BJLS (Galvanil), PU (Polyurethane), Flexible Duct, serta pemasangan isolasi (Glasswool, Rockwool, Armaflex).
- Komponen HVAC: Memahami cara kerja AHU, FCU, Chiller, VRV/VRF, Exhaust Fan, Dampers, Diffuser, dan Grille.
- Perhitungan Dasar: Mampu menghitung dimensi ducting (duct sizing), debit udara (CFM/CMH), dan estimasi bahan (kebutuhan plat, isolasi, hanger).
- Testing & Commissioning: Mampu melakukan Duct Leakage Test (uji kebocoran) dan TAB (Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing) aliran udara di lapangan.
Penguasaan Software
- AutoCAD 2D: Mampu membaca dan membuat Shop Drawing serta As-Built Drawing jalur ducting.
- MS Excel: Mampu membuat Bill of Quantity (BOQ) / rincian material & progress kerja.
