Engineering Co-Op, Spring 2027

Core Responsibilities

• Manage component and system design projects for one of E/One’s business units. Projects are designed and documented in CAD, verified with hands-on prototyping and testing, and implemented in a high-pace production environment throughout the co-op’s term.
• Support ongoing engineering efforts with documentation updates and finalization within E/One’s ISO Processes. This includes the management of E/One’s engineering document change system.
• Work in a fast-paced team environment to identify, execute, and lead various projects simultaneously.
• Facilitate efficient business processes by supporting multiple departments through ERP System Management.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives while preserving E/One’s commitment to product quality.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Previous CAD experience required. Experience with detailed drawings and engineering specifications preferred
