Job Summary

We are looking for an Engineering or Computer Science or any related course graduate to help manage, coordinate, and monitor company system projects. The role involves project planning, progress monitoring, resource coordination, and communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure that projects are completed according to company objectives and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning project objectives, scope, deliverables, and schedules.
• Monitor the progress of ongoing system projects and ensure that deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers regarding project requirements.
• Track project resources, budgets, and implementation timelines.
• Identify project issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Prepare progress reports and provide updates to management.
• Ensure that project activities are aligned with company goals and operational needs.
• Recommend improvements to project workflows and system processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related course.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management, systems management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management methods such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
