Engineering Construction Manager

We are looking for a mid-level Construction Manager with 5–7 years of experience in construction management, construction project administration, or industrial/manufacturing facility projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily onsite construction activities and contractor performance across multiple projects.
• Monitor PPE compliance, site safety, and construction permitting processes.
• Review blueprints, site design documents, and P&ids; redline drawings to reflect as-built conditions.
• Coordinate construction schedules, planned outages, and activities with stakeholders.
• Ensure work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality teams on change controls and documentation.
• Assist with project scoping, vendor coordination, equipment pricing, and budgeting.
• Support spare parts and maintenance plan setup in SAP.

Required Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in construction management, construction project administration, or industrial construction.
• Experience with manufacturing facilities, preferably in pharmaceutical, FDA-regulated, or process manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with clean and black utilities, HVAC systems, and industrial utility infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, blueprints, and engineering design documents.
• Knowledge of construction safety, permitting, change controls, and GMP practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with extensive onsite walking and construction oversight.

• Heat recovery heat pump installations
• HVAC hot water skid upgrades
• Emergency tempered water upgrades
• Autoclave replacements

Pharmaceutical experience is preferred, but candidates with strong industrial construction or process manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
