Engineering Design Delivery Expert(Data Center)

1. Assist the design manager in providing full-process technical support for base-type projects, including on-site quality tracking, technical review, tracking the distribution of on-site drawings, providing relevant materials in conjunction with project bidding, and following up on design-related issues; tracking and recording on-site design changes and general contractor's detailed review; tracking the acceptance of relevant on-site samples and templates, and checking the consistency between drawings and actual materials; compiling, publishing, maintaining, and updating design management-related processes, and providing relevant materials in cooperation with the company.
2. Responsible for compiling project materials such as technical management processes, vendor information, standard content, meeting minutes, and design changes, uploading them to the platform, and maintaining them.
3. Provide support for the team's standardization construction, collect information on rental projects, and implement relevant standardization technical requirements.
4. Support project technical inspections, conduct on-site surveys, and provide professional guidance and suggestions on the project's technical execution and construction quality.
5. Support the technical work of the HVAC professionals, review project design drawings, calculation sheets, technical documents, etc., organize HVAC-related meetings, and assist in problem-solving.

Job Requirement:

1. Associate's degree or above (exceptions may be made for outstanding candidates), with a background in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning). Other majors are not considered at this stage.

2. At least 2 years of relevant design work experience, familiar with engineering construction processes, and experience working in a design institute is preferred.

3. Skills Requirements:

• Proficient in CAD, Microsoft Office, and other office software;

• Understanding of project design progress, cost, and quality control;

• Understanding of data center electromechanical architecture and technical characteristics;

• Understanding of data center HVAC design standards, theoretical calculations, major systems, and major equipment;

4. Language Requirements: Thai + English
