Engineering Director (ID: 714594)

• Lead and manage CNC Engineering, Maintenance, and Surface Treatment teams.
• Develop engineering strategies to support business growth, productivity improvement, and operational excellence.
• Build and develop engineering talent, succession planning, and team capabilities.
• Manage engineering resources effectively to support production requirements.
• Ensure production processes consistently meet quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Drive initiatives to achieve zero-defect manufacturing in high-volume production.
• Optimize manufacturing costs while maintaining product quality and customer requirements.
• Establish and improve machining processes, cycle times, and equipment utilization.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure high equipment uptime and machine reliability.
• Lead continuous improvement projects related to machine performance and maintenance effectiveness.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze production performance and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to improve process capability and reduce defects.
• Collaborate closely with Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of engineering and manufacturing experience within precision machining environments.
• At least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Strong experience in high-volume manufacturing and contract manufacturing (OEM/CM environment).
• Experience managing engineering, maintenance, and manufacturing improvement teams.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is required.
