Engineering Document Controller

About the role

You will act as the administrative backbone for our engineering team, compiling critical technical documentation that allows us to hand over infrastructure projects to our clients. You will work closely with our Engineers to ensure 100% data integrity before final submission.

Key responsibilities

• Compile Mission-Critical Manuals: Assemble massive, highly detailed Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals and Method Statements (MOS) for client handover.
• Execute the 'Gatekeeper' Workflow: Receive physical and digital testing data from site teams, ensuring it has been officially stamped and approved by our internal Engineers before processing.
• Digital Tracking: Manage First-Of-A-Kind (FOAK) equipment trackers and digital punch lists, ensuring no equipment tag or test result is missed.
• Platform Management: Upload and organize approved technical test sheets into digital Commissioning Management platforms.
• Quality Control: Maintain a zero-error policy on document formatting, revision control, and submission deadlines.

About you

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Document Control, preferably within the Construction, M&E, or Engineering sectors.
• Meticulous and hyper-organized with ability to catch missing signatures, photos, or documentation immediately.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Willingness to learn specialized construction/commissioning cloud software.
• Thrive in structured environments and can follow strict data-handling protocols without cutting corners.
• Able to firmly but professionally chase site teams and engineers for missing documentation.
