Engineering Documentation Coordinator

Job Description & Skill Requirement Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate development of as-built or as-is engineering drawings and deliverables for existing facilities (e.g., Pipeline Risers, Pump Stations, Ponds, Mobile Clean Brine Facilities, etc.) without proper documentation to support MOCs and other engineering tasks:

• P&IDs

• C&Es

• Electrical One-Line Diagrams

• Wiring Diagrams

• Loop Diagrams

• Plot Plan / Hazardous Area Classification

• Process Control Narratives

• Field Visits - Located in Midland. Validate existing equipment in the field to ensure accuracy of newly developed engineering deliverables, including coordination with the internal ExxonMobil drone team in some instances.

• Build a plan (Gantt Chart) to align the team on the timeline and priority of deliverable development.

• Create a method to visualize/track facilities with engineering deliverable gaps; interface with the Uncon "Foundations” project to align scope.

• Interface with the Information Management team to ensure newly created deliverables are properly stored in the ACONEX document repository.

Skills Needed

• Technician level expected.
• Strong coordination skills.
• Is not expected to create/draft deliverables alone; this person will coordinate work with a team of Client drafters located remotely.

Qualification

• BE/B.Tech Mechanical.
