What they need
About the role
Develop and coordinate Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) designs, including fire protection, plumbing, sanitary, electrical, and other building services systems in accordance with project requirements, relevant standards, and authority regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare engineering calculations, technical drawings, 2D and 3D models, and design documentation using AutoCAD, SketchUp Lite, or other relevant design software
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders to resolve design coordination and technical issues
- Provide technical support during construction, including reviewing shop drawings, responding to technical queries, and ensuring M&E designs are implemented correctly
- Participate in testing and commissioning activities to verify system performance and compliance with project specifications
- Prepare and maintain as-built drawings, authority submission documents, and project design records throughout the project lifecycle
