Engineering Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Executive to join our team at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement new engineering processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new products and projects.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize existing processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive business growth.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and procedures.
• Experience with engineering software and tools such as CAD, CAE, and simulation modeling.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
