Engineering Executive – Electrical & Instrumentation

We are looking for a dynamic and technically competent individual to oversee electrical and instrumentation systems across our operational plants. The role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and uninterrupted production through effective maintenance, calibration, technical evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities across operational plants.
• Ensure equipment reliability through preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, repairs, and timely replacements.
• Conduct technical evaluations and manage suppliers, service providers, and the procurement of instrumentation components.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, statutory, and audit requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to engineering and operational KPIs.

Requirements

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of one year of relevant industry experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of instrumentation systems, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair processes.
• Ability to evaluate technical solutions, spare parts, suppliers, and service contractors.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective stakeholder management skills and a sound understanding of compliance requirements.
