Job Summary

We are looking for ITI and Diploma freshers to join our engineering and production team. The role is suitable for candidates who are interested in building a career in a manufacturing, engineering, production, maintenance, or technical environment.

Selected candidates will receive on-the-job training and work under the guidance of experienced technicians and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily production, engineering, and maintenance activities.
• Operate and handle machines, tools, and equipment as per training.
• Perform basic assembly, fitting, inspection, and maintenance activities.
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Assist senior technicians and engineers in troubleshooting and machine maintenance.
• Check components and products for basic quality requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workplace.
• Complete assigned work within the required time.
• Maintain basic production and maintenance records.
• Learn new machines, tools, processes, and technical procedures.

Eligibility

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Production, Fitter, Turner, Electrician, Welder, or related trades.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 0–1years of relevant experience may also apply.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts.
• Good learning attitude and willingness to work in a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Good attendance and discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Basic knowledge of machines and equipment.
• Ability to read simple technical drawings is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
