Qualification

BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering

Additional qualification or certification in Engineering / Project Management will be an advantage

Experience required range - 8 to 15 years

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a strong, technically hands-on Engineering Head with substantial experience in Electrical / Electronics / Power Electronics manufacturing.

The candidate should be capable of leading the complete engineering function, from product development and technical problem-solving to process improvement, production support and product reliability.

The ideal candidate should be:

• Technically strong with hands-on engineering experience
• Experienced in Servo Stabilizers, UPS, Power Electronics or related electrical products
• Strong in product design, development and engineering validation
• Capable of independently analysing and resolving complex technical problems
• Experienced in Design Engineering, Process Engineering and Product Engineering
• Strong in engineering change management and technical documentation
• Able to provide effective technical support to Production and Quality
• Capable of coordinating with Production, Quality, Purchase, Service and Suppliers
• Strong in team leadership, mentoring and engineering resource management
• Focused on innovation, reliability, cost optimisation and continuous improvement

Leadership Role

The Engineering Head will work closely with Factory Head, Production, Quality, Purchase and Service teams to ensure that products are technically robust, manufacturable, reliable and continuously improved.

The role requires a hands-on engineering leader, not merely a documentation or coordination-oriented candidate.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
