Engineering Head (Real Estate)

Job Summary:
Lead and oversee the Engineering Department, including land surveying, planning and design, and the implementation of horizontal and vertical development projects. The role is responsible for project planning, engineering operations, team leadership, quality control, regulatory compliance, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design, and construction of land development, residential, commercial, and other infrastructure projects.
• Develop project plans, budgets, resource requirements, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage and develop the Engineering team, including task delegation, performance monitoring, coaching, and training.
• Review engineering plans, drawings, specifications, calculations, and designs for accuracy, quality, cost efficiency, and compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Oversee site inspections, quality assurance, construction standards, and resolution of engineering issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, introduce new technologies, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Prepare and review departmental reports, project accomplishments, targets, and performance metrics.
• Provide technical support for government permits and other requirements in coordination with relevant departments.
• Exercise overall administrative and operational control of the Engineering Department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture with a valid professional license.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in land development and vertical project design and construction.
• Strong knowledge of engineering design, construction, land development, and project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software.
• Strong leadership, management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced real estate environment.
• Willing to travel and preferably able to drive.

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
