Engineering, Ignition Project (Developer)

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in software Developer, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Engineering or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in full stack developer.
• Proficiency in SQL (MS SQL Server, MySQL or others) and experience in database performance tuning.
• Scripting skills in Python (Jython) and familiarity with web standards: HTML, CSS, and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with Ignition Perspective is an advantage.
• Experience with Node.js for side-car applications or microservices.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, QA, IT).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure

Responsibility:

• Design and develop program by requirement from others department.
• Design, optimize, and maintain relational database schemas (SQL Server, MySQL). Write complex Stored Procedures, Views, and Triggers to handle high-frequency industrial data.
• Develop modern, web-based interfaces using the Perspective Module that function seamlessly on desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
• Monitor server health, manage Gateway backups, and ensure 24/6 stability of the production environment.
• Design scalable and organized tag structures to ensure consistency across the enterprise.
• Standards configure and troubleshoot communications between PLCs and Ignition system.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Ensure all automation systems comply with GMP, food safety, and Tyson safety standards.
• Support factory and production safety, including environmental aspects, and adhere to the principles of Good Governance.
