Engineering Intern

About the role

This is an Engineering Intern position in Semiconductor Technical Support based in Puchong, Selangor. You will assist with product evaluations, technical trials and semiconductor engineering projects, supporting engineers during testing, troubleshooting and customer-site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with product evaluations, technical trials and semiconductor engineering projects.
• Support engineers during testing, troubleshooting and customer-site visits.
• Collect and analyse technical data and prepare reports and presentations.
• Assist with engineering, quality and ISO documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, customers and suppliers on project requirements.

About you

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Semiconductor, Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Able to communicate in English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Own transport is preferred due to occasional customer-site activities.
