Engineering Intern

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the engineering team, including documentation, filing, and data entry.
• Support daily building operations engineering activities, including monitoring of equipment, utilities, and maintenance schedules.
• Gain hands-on exposure to building operations engineering within commercial properties, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Assist in preparing reports, tracking work orders, and updating maintenance logs.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
• Basic knowledge of building systems and engineering principles; exposure to building operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced commercial building environment.
