Key Responsibilities

In this role you are required:

1. Support Managers and AOs in daily routine activities, regular meetings, upgrade works, and conduct daily checks of MHS / GSE and any ad-hoc Cargo BU events and any tasks assigned by HOD or RO

2. Assist the team in managing user requests of repair and assist in upgrading projects implementation

3. Coordinate, monitor closely with service partners or contractors on repair status of equipment and project progress, status

4. Assist in compiling of statistics for reporting (e.g., downtime, reliability, performance, progress) and analysis

5. Assist in manpower status update, minutes-taking

Key Requirements

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

1. Engineering knowledges

2. Project Management Skills

3. Strong critical thinking skills

4. Good interpersonal communication skills

5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc.)

6. Data analysis skills
