Engineering Intern - Parañaque Plant

Job Summary

Green Cross Inc. is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Interns to join our Engineering Team. This internship provides students with hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations, engineering processes, maintenance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Observe engineering methods, processes, and best practices and provide recommendations for improvement when applicable
• Assist engineers and managers with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
• Perform data entry, documentation, and filing of engineering records
• Complete tasks and projects assigned by supervisors within established timelines
• Support engineering activities related to maintenance, process improvement, and operational efficiency
• Observe and comply with company health, safety, and GMP guidelines at all times
• Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required
• Assist in compiling reports, presentations, and project deliverables
• Collaborate with team members and provide support across various engineering functions as needed

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related engineering course
• Endorsed by the school for internship/OJT requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Willing to learn and work in a manufacturing environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to render internship hours on-site in Parañaque City from Monday to Friday
