Engineering Internship (Chemical)

Responsibilities :

Chemical Lab Internship

• Assisting in conducting experiments and tests to analyze chemical process and performance for Plating Manufacturing.
• Assist to ensure production chemicals and lab analysis is sufficient to have a smooth production and make sure lab equipment is well function to have a reliable result.
• Assist to ensure production chemicals for daily/routine top up for production smoothest.
• Ensure data key in is complete for traceability/ process control.
• Perform general administrative tasks include organizing and maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies and assisting with other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Manufacturing Internship

• Assist on manufacturing process by providing technical knowledge for continues improvement effort.
• Set up Plating machine preparation and process according to job order.
• Assist to perform machine condition checking to ensure no interruption of production process.
• Assist to maintaining 5s at the work place.
• Assist on production report and record according to production procedure.
• Perform general administrative tasks include organizing and maintaining production equipment and supplies and assisting with other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
