As an SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Module Lead, you will take ownership of design, delivery, and optimization of the Employee Central module within end-to-end HR transformation programs. You will lead solution design, configuration, and integration activities, ensuring high-quality, scalable outcomes aligned with client business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into system configurations.
• Drive workshops with HR and IT stakeholders to define business processes and data models.
• Collaborate with integration and data teams to ensure seamless connectivity with Payroll, Talent modules, and external systems.
• Provide guidance on best practices, release management, and solution enhancements post go-live.
• Review deliverables and ensure adherence to quality, documentation, and governance standards.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development within the SuccessFactors team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, including 5+ years specializing in Employee Central.
• Proven track record in full lifecycle EC implementations, from design through deployment.
• Deep understanding of core HR processes, data models, workflows, and security concepts.
• Experience with integration scenarios and data migration best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Functional Consultant role
