Engineering Lead - Clients Side

We are seeking an engineer who is strong mechanical expertise to lead operation and maintenance of all building services systems, with a focus on central chiller plant and HVAC operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor plant performance, investigate equipment failures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee contractors and service providers to ensure compliance with engineering, safety, and quality standards.
• Plan maintenance resources, including manpower, spare parts, and technical services.
• Manage maintenance contracts, budgets, and inventory to support operational

Requirments:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
• 8-10 years of facilities engineering or plant O&M experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC, chilled water systems, pumps, cooling towers, and building services infrastructure.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
