• Partner directly and independently with SG and MY business, product, and banner leads to translate commercial and operational requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee internal engineering resources and third-party development partners, reviewing technical proposals, code quality, and delivery performance against SLAs.

Architecture, Analytics and Integration

• Diagnose platform bottlenecks, optimise database queries, improve GraphQL API performance, and enhance frontend speed metrics.
• Lead architectural design and evaluation of integrations with major third-party marketplace platforms, ensuring robust error handling, log analysis, and real-time synchronisation of inventory, orders, and pricing.
• Provide deep technical authority on Magento GraphQL APIs and headless architecture supporting native mobile applications.
• Design and oversee API and middleware integrations connecting Magento with ERP, CRM, PIM, OMS, and payment gateway ecosystems.
• Establish testing standards for SIT and UAT, conduct root-cause analysis on production issues, and implement preventative engineering measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of progressive hands-on experience in e-commerce application development and delivery.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce enterprise implementations.
• Solid experience integrating store ecosystems with major regional marketplace platforms such as Shopee and Lazada via native or middleware connectors.
• Strong technical understanding of GraphQL APIs and headless architecture supporting mobile frontends.
• Demonstrated experience integrating Magento with ERP, CRM, PIM, OMS, WMS, and payment gateways.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle SDLC from requirements through SIT, UAT, and production, with disciplined QA and test case validation.
• Strong analytical skills in system log analysis, API payload analysis, integration failure diagnosis, and performance metrics.
• Experience managing vendors, conducting code reviews, and enforcing SLA compliance.
• Fluent English for cross-market stakeholder communication.
