Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $150,000 – $230,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring an Engineering Lead to manage and grow an engineering team. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management — shipping the roadmap, growing engineers, and shaping how the team works.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5–10 engineers toward delivery of the product roadmap

• Run 1:1s, growth conversations, and performance reviews

• Hire, onboard, and develop new engineers

• Make architectural and technical trade-off decisions in partnership with senior engineers

• Partner with product and design on planning, scoping, and delivery

• Shape engineering practices, standards, and team rituals

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering, with at least 2 years managing engineers

• Track record of leading teams that consistently ship high-quality software

• Strong technical depth and credibility with senior engineers

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Experience hiring, growing, and developing engineering talent

• Comfort balancing technical contribution with people leadership
