Overview

A leading engineering, construction, and technology solutions firm is seeking an Engineering Leader to provide technical leadership on complex infrastructure and mission-critical projects. This individual will guide multidisciplinary engineering teams, oversee project execution, manage technical risk, and help drive innovative, high-quality solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams through complex technical projects and programs.
• Provide technical oversight, mentorship, and support to engineers across multiple disciplines.
• Ensure engineering best practices, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
• Develop client-focused technical solutions and review project deliverables.
• Manage technical risk, project documentation, and continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with project leadership to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience with construction, infrastructure, or design-build project exposure.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex engineering challenges.
• Strong understanding of engineering design principles, project execution, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

Preferred

• FE/EIT, PE, DBIA, LEED, or NICET credentials.
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure, mission-critical, industrial, or technology-focused projects.
