Engineering Leadership Trainee

Location: INTEQC Global Co., Ltd. – Na Khok Subdistrict, Samut Sakhon, Thailand

Working Days: Work 6 days a week with flexible days off 2 Saturdays per month.

Job Description:

The Engineering Leadership Trainee is a high-potential individual who will participate in a fast-track, four-year rotational program designed to develop future engineering leaders. This program provides hands-on experience and strategic exposure across various key business functions.

Trainees will complete four, eight-month rotations, undertaking Action Learning Projects in different divisions, including Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Business Development, Procurement, and Workforce Management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Co-leading and contributing to real-world projects that impact the company's strategic goals.
• Conducting detailed analysis to identify and solve complex business problems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovation.
• Actively participating in the company's annual strategic development cycle and presenting project outcomes to senior leadership.
• Continuously developing skills through on-the-job training and self-directed learning.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Food Engineering, Agro-Industry, Food Science , Engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, etc.)

• Experience: New graduates or professionals with up to three years of post-graduate experience.
