Engineering Maintenance Dispatcher

1.Coordinate and monitor engineering maintenance activities, work site access, rail maintenance vehicle movements and material transportation to ensure safe and efficient railway operations.

2.Liaise with relevant departments to obtain information on maintenance works, rail vehicle operations and work site activities, and promptly coordinate operational issues.

3.Monitor weather forecasts and promptly communicate adverse weather information to relevant departments to facilitate preventive measures.

4.Receive, record, communicate and follow up on operational notices, instructions and other assignments issued by the Company or relevant authorities.

5.Maintain accurate operational records, dispatch logs and reports, and submit required documentation in a timely manner.

6.Conduct comprehensive shift handovers, including operational status, weather conditions, maintenance activities, rail maintenance vehicle movements, outstanding issues and other critical operational information.

7.Comply with company safety procedures and applicable railway operating standards.

8.Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
