Engineering Maintenance Manager [ Radar System ]

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Maintenance Manager to oversee radar system maintenance operations and lead a team of engineers in delivering reliable, timely and high-quality maintenance services at customer sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing customer requirements and ensuring operational availability of radar systems.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in engineering maintenance, field service or technical support.

• Experience in supervising or leading a team of engineers or technical personnel is preferred.

• Experience with radar systems, defence electronics, surveillance systems or other complex electronic equipment will be an advantage.

• Willing to perform 24/7 standby duties and attend to on-site maintenance requirements when necessary.

• Valid Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers on preventive and corrective maintenance activities for radar systems at designated sites.
• Attend to customer requests, technical issues and maintenance requirements in a timely and professional manner.
• Lead and supervise a team of engineers in carrying out maintenance, troubleshooting and repair activities.
• Plan and monitor maintenance schedules to ensure tasks are completed within committed turnaround times (TAT).
• Ensure high standards of maintenance quality, system availability and service delivery.
• Monitor maintenance performance and follow up on outstanding technical issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and submit monthly maintenance reports and conduct regular meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, maintenance procedures and operational standards.
