We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead international engineering teams, deliver innovative AI solutions for top-tier clients, and help shape the future of machine learning, Generative AI and quantum technologies.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on technical knowledge with strategic leadership, driving complex AI projects from concept through to production.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead international engineering teams to develop and deliver innovative AI solutions to complex industry challenges.
• Drive technical strategy and architecture, ensuring the right technologies and approaches are selected for each project.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects, from defining scope and objectives to deployment and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Lead the design, development and production deployment of machine learning, computer vision, Generative AI, RAG and Agentic AI systems.
• Work with LLM fine-tuning, alignment and model optimisation techniques to build tailored, high-performance AI solutions.
• Manage project plans, budgets, resources, timelines, risks and deliverables, ensuring projects meet quality and business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, translating business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Mentor and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture.
• Contribute to technology strategy, innovation and research, helping clients take advantage of emerging AI and quantum technologies.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• A Master’s or PhD in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in AI, data science, deep learning or software engineering.
• Proven experience designing, implementing and deploying AI/ML solutions in cloud-based production environments, including RAG and Agentic AI.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, including fine-tuning, alignment, pruning and model compression techniques.
• Excellent programming skills in Python, with practical experience using Docker, Git and GitHub/GitLab workflows.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, project planning, risk management and delivery best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
