Engineering Manager ( Aramco Approved )

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement to achieve project objectives.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects, ensuring adherence to Aramco's stringent standards, safety protocols, and timelines.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules effectively, optimizing performance and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop and implement robust engineering strategies and methodologies, aligning with Aramco's long-term vision and operational requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering discipline (e.g., Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects, preferably within the oil and gas or petrochemical sector.
• Demonstrated experience with Aramco's project execution frameworks, standards, and approval processes.
