Engineering Manager

• We are looking for an Engineering Manager with 5-10 years of experience in software engineering and team leadership.
• The role involves leading engineering teams, managing delivery for client projects, ensuring technical quality, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead small engineering teams and manage day-to-day delivery.
• Own project execution including scope, timelines, and dependencies.
• Participate in system design and architecture discussions.
• Ensure code quality, testing standards, and documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders for requirement clarity.
• Mentor engineers through feedback and technical guidance.
• Track risks and ensure predictable delivery outcomes.
