Engineering Manager

to lead the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications built on .NET and AWS. Qualification: Bachelor s / Master s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience with .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, MVC
• Deep understanding of AWS services - Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, CloudFormation
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools - Git, Jenkins, Docker, Terraform
• SAFe Agile Certified (SA, SPC) - must have
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery and technical team leadership
• Exposure to front-end frameworks like Angular or React is a plus
• Experience working in distributed and global team environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers across .NET + AWS stack
• Oversee full SDLC - planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Scrum Masters to drive Agile delivery
• Ensure adherence to SAFe Agile principles - PI planning, system demos, Scrum of Scrums
• Review and contribute to cloud-native solution architectures
• Ensure secure coding, code quality, and CI/CD best practices
• Drive technical discussions, remove blockers, and promote engineering excellence
• Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Good to Have:

• Experience with frontend frameworks (Angular/React)
• Deep involvement in cross-functional product strategy and execution
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage fast-paced delivery with quality and scalability in mind
