What you'll be doing?

• Lead and mentor: Guide and support a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee projects: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Drive improvements: Implement process enhancements and best practices to optimize engineering operations.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with product, QA, manufacturing, and operations teams to align engineering goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance: Guarantee all engineering activities adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Monitor performance: Track key performance indicators and manage resources to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance: Offer expertise and resolve engineering challenges to support the team's success.
• Recruit and evaluate: Hire, train, and assess engineering staff to build a strong and capable team.

Who are they looking for?

• Engineering degree: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) is required.
• 5+ years of experience: At least 5 years of engineering experience, with 1–3 years in a managerial or lead role.
• Leadership skills: Strong ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively.
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
• Technical proficiency: Proficiency in engineering software/tools relevant to the field (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Project management: Strong understanding of project management methodologies to drive successful project outcomes.
