Engineering Manager (ผู้จัดการฝ่ายวิศวกรรม)- ประจำโครงการ

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of CW Tower, a landmark commercial building located in the heart of Bangkok. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the building's systems and infrastructure are running efficiently and effectively, while also leading a team of skilled technicians. This is a crucial role that requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a diverse range of projects and stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

1. Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the building's mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality
2. Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to proactively address potential issues and minimise downtime
3. Manage a team of technicians, engineers, and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
4. Liaise with contractors, vendors, and other service providers to coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
5. Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and cost savings
6. Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
8. Collaborate with the building management team to address tenant concerns and enhance the overall tenant experience

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar engineering management role, preferably in the commercial or high-rise building sector
2. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or a related field
3. Proficient in the operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems
4. Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
6. Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
7. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians and engineers
8. Fluency in both Thai and English, both written and verbal
