Engineering Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily in-house and outsourced property maintenance and repair works;
• Supervise maintenance projects, maintain thorough records, compile monthly summary reports, and handle tender documents and contracts;
• Lead and manage building repair and renovation engineering projects;
• Leverage strong knowledge of market engineering pricing to draft and manage project budgets;
• Attend meetings with contractors and property owners to provide professional technical solutions and answers;
• Handle unexpected incidents and urgent repair engineering works effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Holder of a Diploma, Degree, or equivalent higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline (local, Mainland China, or overseas recognized equivalents);
• At least 5 years of relevant engineering experience;
• Familiar with current Hong Kong relevant legislation, with hands-on site-based property experience;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Fluent in Mandarin communication.
