Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager is responsible in managing the building and service operations and presentation of the serviced residence in accordance with company standards, legislation and regulations.

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Residence Manager and within the limits established by the company’s policies, procedures, and Engineering Manual, ensures the efficient and economic operation of the Engineering Department in support of all the other operating departments, supplying services as required to the entire operation and maintaining equipment, buildings, and grounds in optimum condition.

Preferably Professional Mechanical Engineer or RME or REE. Pre-opening experience in a hotel or serviced residence is an advantage.
