Role

• Overall Technical Coordination for the Project.
• Manage Interface engineering between various Disciplines
• Resolve all Interdisciplinary issues within Project.
• Technically evaluate Engineering Subcontractor documents
• To Coordinate Overall Design Review in the Project.
• To identify and Coordinate Value engineering as required for Design Optimization
• Conduct various engineering workshops as required

Responsibilities Sr No. Main area of responsibility Functions To Be Performed 1 Contract Execution Monitor IDC (Interdisciplinary Checks) Activities with respect to documents identified for IDC by Engineering Disciplines involved in the Project

Resolve Interdisciplinary technical issues with respect to scope

Coordinate with Engineering subcontractors and resolve any technical issues.

Conduct IDC meetings Daily or Weekly basis and maintain minutes.

Conduct Internal needs list, HOLD list review weekly in a Project

Ensure SOPs, Project specific Procedures are implemented and maintained in all disciplines as well as subcontractors.

Ensure implementation of document management system identified on a work as identified in JCP.

To start Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) process each time from applicable SOPs, Guidelines, Specifications.

Ensure Critical items in MTO released at various stages are monitored.

Ensure meta tagging is completed by all disciplines at the end of the Project.

Ensure Technical Closeout report is completed at the end of the Project with inputs from all disciplines.

Ensure Lessons learnt are captured regularly and conduct meetings intermittently to Project team members
