Engineering Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Must preferably be a Licensed Professional Engineer in the Philippines, such as Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
• At least 4–6 years of engineering, facilities, or maintenance experience, preferably in a 4-star hotel, resort, commercial property, or similar establishment.
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in engineering or facilities management.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC/air-conditioning, electrical systems, plumbing, water systems, generators, pumps, fire protection systems, elevators, and other building facilities.
• Proven experience in implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ability to supervise daily engineering operations, maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and emergency response.
• Knowledge of Philippine building, electrical, mechanical, fire safety, environmental, and occupational safety regulations.
• Strong skills in equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance planning, and facility improvement.
• Experience in energy management, utility monitoring, and maintenance cost control.
• Ability to prepare and monitor engineering budgets, maintenance expenses, equipment replacement plans, and capital expenditure projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate engineering personnel.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, planning, and crisis-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Hotel Operations, Housekeeping, Security, F&B, contractors, suppliers, and other departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CMMS or computerized maintenance systems is an advantage.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working under pressure.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and on-call during emergencies.
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, accountability, technical competence, and commitment to service excellence.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
