REQUIREMENTS:

5–8 years in Engineering within Manufacturing (incl. management experience)
Strong background in Mechanical / Electrical / Automation systems
Experience in WCM / TPM (a strong advantage)
Proven capability in project management, cost control, and innovation
A leader with strategic thinking, drive, and a continuous improvement mindset
