Engineering Manager

Responsible for the management and maintenance of the external and internal facilities including electrical and mechanical equipment, plumbing, carpentry, and office and room fixtures ensuring that the facilities, equipment, and fixtures are in good running condition.  The scope of the job is not limited to the management and maintenance of the property but includes crisis management, preventive maintenance, energy conservation activities, pollution control management, and other innovative approaches that would result to profits and savings.

· Prepare and submit preventive maintenance report to the General Manager as scheduled

· Review maintenance problems, complaints and work orders to prioritize and schedule work

· Perform regular preventive maintenance of all electrical and mechanical equipment’s, fixtures, and internal and external façade of the hotel.

· Recommend equipment’s due for upgrades, repairs, or replacements.

· Ensure that maintenance staff are knowledgeable and skillful on the execution of the preventive maintenance program.
