Technical Skills:

• Develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Lead Conceptual and FEED Studies.
• Provide proposals for such work.
• Review of engineering work.
• Contract management.
• Provision of technical inputs and engineering proposals.
• Travelling for technical discussions as required.
• Engineering team development, training, and management.

Discipline Management:

• Planning & Scheduling.
• Team Management.
• Resource Acquisition.
• Supervision and co-ordination of engineering resources.
• Management of the project cost estimates and basis of design documents.
• Ensure identification of changes and participate in evaluation of change requests.

Essential Skills:

• Oil & Gas Field Development.
• Process Simulation and Conceptual Studies.
• Generation of Process Flow Diagrams, Heat and Mass Balance, P&ID.
• Specification and Sizing of process Equipment.
• Specifications for bought out items.
• Hydraulics and Flow Assurance Studies.
• Process safety studies for Oil and Gas facilities.
• Experience in Commission and Troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Offshore Platforms and floating production shall be an added advantage.
• Engineering Resource Development and Management.

Special Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively within the organization and with external clients / customers.
• Leadership of multi-discipline teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of execution of modification projects through all phases of concept development and selection to final completion.

Education: Chemical/Mechanical Engineering Graduate from a recognized Institute
