What they need
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering, electronics, or automation.
- At least 10 years in engineering management for e-cigarette or precision electronics manufacturing, including at least 3 years as an engineering manager.
- Expertise in assembly process development, automated equipment introduction (e.g., automatic e-liquid filling machines and packaging lines), design-for-manufacturing (DFM) reviews, and total productive maintenance (TPM).
- Fluent Mandarin and able to communicate in English.
- Experience ramping up a new e-cigarette factory preferred.
