An opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager or a Principal ready to step up to join a growing engineering consultancy delivering mineral processing, materials handling and NPI projects. Working closely with the business owners, you will lead project delivery, resource planning and engineering performance across a projects.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• 15+ years engineering experience
• Engineering and team leadership background
• Consultancy or EPC experience
• Mineral processing project experience
• Mechanical degree preferred, electrical considered

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Deliver a range of capital projects
• Manage schedules and project performance
• Forecast resources and recruitment needs
• Ensure quality and delivery compliance
