Your Impact

• Build software that matters, contributing hands-on to features and improvements across a .NET backend and React frontend, raising product quality, reliability, and performance.
• Shape what ships, guiding pragmatic technical decisions that balance short-term delivery with long-term sustainability.
• Grow engineers, coaching teammates to develop confidence, ownership, and strong technical judgement.
• Turn problems into outcomes, partnering closely with Product to solve real customer needs—not just deliver tickets.
• Increase learning velocity, using experimentation and fast feedback loops to continuously improve.
• Enable autonomy, helping teams move faster through clear expectations and lightweight standards.

What You Bring

• A strong software engineering background with experience leading engineers in a product environment.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining applications using .NET and React.
• Comfort balancing hands-on development with people leadership.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and distributed systems.
• Clear, collaborative communication and sound technical judgement.

Experience as:

• Engineering Manager, or
• Tech Lead or Engineer with clear people leadership impact.
• Comfortable combining hands-on development with people leadership.

What This Role Is Not

• Project or delivery management
• A hands-off management position
• An architecture gatekeeper role
